Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy to strive for continuous improvement and to change for the better. Getting 1% better everyday not only physically or mentally, but spiritually as well. Through our clothing, our mission is to inspire positive change in all aspects of our lives. Kaizen Outfiters models this philosophy and does not only promote fashion, but promotes a deeper message, to change the world for the better.

    Born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island, Peter Bibby has been around the entrepreneurship environment. At the age of 15, Peter started his own sneaker reselling business and has continuously been using his skills to build Kaizen Outfiters from the ground. Peter Bibby is a full-time student-athlete playing football and studying Economics & Finance at Bentley University. Balancing being a full-time student, a college football player, a sneaker-business owner, and a Co-Founder of a brand, Peter's determination to succeed is a testament to his future achievements. Additionally, he is a devoted family man, always striving to support and uplift those around them, embodying the essence of unity and collective progress.
