Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy to strive for continuous improvement and to change for the better. Getting 1% better everyday not only physically or mentally, but spiritually as well. Through our clothing, our mission is to inspire positive change in all aspects of our lives. Kaizen Outfiters models this philosophy and does not only promote fashion, but promotes a deeper message, to change the world for the better.

Our Team

  • Carson J. Browne

    Co-Founder

    Raised 15 minutes outside the city of Boston in Peabody, Massachusetts. Carson Browne is an aspiring full-time student-athlete studying Finance at Bentley University. He fell in love with the game of football and his resiliency, hardworking nature, and commitment has put him in the position he is in today. He attributes his success to his family and those held close to his heart. Not only does he attribute his foundation to his family, but also his environment as well. Carson went to high school at St. John's Preparatory School in Danvers, Massachusetts, and his time at SJP shaped him into the young man he is today, and the young man he will be in the future. Through the process of building a brand with his close friend, Peter Bibby, he put in hours designing, brainstorming, and building the brand from the ground.

    Co-Founder

    Born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island, Peter Bibby has been around the entrepreneurship environment. At the age of 15, Peter started his own sneaker reselling business and has continuously been using his skills to build Kaizen Outfiters from the ground. Peter Bibby is a full-time student-athlete playing football and studying marketing/management at Bentley University, alongside his partner Carson Browne. Balancing being a full-time student, a college football player, a sneaker-business owner, and a Co-Founder of a brand, Peter's determination to succeed is a testament to his future achievements. Additionally, he is a devoted family man, always striving to support and uplift those around them, embodying the essence of unity and collective progress.
